At C3 we make the new home buying process as simple and satisfying as possible. The first step is to choose the community you prefer. Both of our new communities offer similar but different amenities to enjoy. So whether you prefer the feel of Maple Estates or Diamond Estates, both will give you and your family a wonderful place to live and grow.

WE MEET

We begin by getting to know you. A C3 Home Design Consultant sits down with you to walk through all of the plans we offer and the design features options you want in your new home. As you start to talk about everything from which lot to build on, to the number of bedrooms to color preferences, you begin to realize that the possibilities are limitless and that your dream home is beginning to become a reality.

LOCATION AND PLAN

Both Maple Estates and Diamond Estates offer a large selection of lot choices. With the development just coming on line now, the most desirable lots are still available. With the lot selection secured, the choice in home plans becomes our focus.

WE BUILD YOUR PLAN

Once the design elements are complete, we break ground on your new home. From foundation to faucets, our build teams are experts in their fields ensuring that your home is not only comfortable the day you move in but also for years to come.

WE MANAGE

During the build process, your Construction Superintendent will take the planned vision and develop it from the ground up. He will also be there to answer any questions, communicate any of your needs, and address any issues should they arise. Throughout the building process you have someone on your side who understands the process and will ensure that your dream home becomes a reality.

WE DELIVER

Finally your home is complete! We complete everything with landscaping and final cleaning. We hand over the keys to your new home, and you find yourself standing in the middle of the living room that just months before was nothing more than a dream.
